DOMAIN REGISTRATION

If we register a domain for you, we provide the required data to the corresponding registration provider.

DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY

If you, as a customer, do not pay your invoices on time, your necessary data will be transferred to an external debt collection agency.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

If you apply for a job in Tuusula, Finland or Munich (Unterföhring) via our career portal, we forward your application documents to our subsidiaries PROTECH Services Finland Oy or PROTECH Services Cloud GmbH. We have data processing agreements in place with both companies.

To manage our applications, we use the software of rexx systems GmbH, with whom we also have a data processing agreement.

THIRD COUNTRIES

Data is transferred to third countries in compliance with legal admissibility requirements. We will not transfer your data to a third country if it does not serve the performance of our contract with you; if we do not have your consent; if the transfer is not necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or if no other legal exception applies.

We will only transfer your data to a third country if there is an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 GDPR or appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

We process your data exclusively in our data centers in Germany and Finland.

COOKIES AND THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DIRECT MARKETING

LIVEZILLA

We use the chat system of LiveZilla GmbH (Ekkehardstrasse 10, 78224 Singen, Germany) for technical support for certain customers. Each time it is used, data is collected and stored for analysis and proper operation of the chat system, enabling the creation of pseudonymized user profiles.

If automatic translation is activated, it uses Google Translate, which may contain errors. PROTECH Services Motion does not guarantee the accuracy of translations and assumes no liability for any resulting issues.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A “DATA SUBJECT”

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. We may request proof of identity.

You may request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data, as well as object to processing. You also have the right to data portability.

You may file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your data.

VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

You are not legally required to provide your data to PROTECH Services Motion GmbH. However, certain services cannot be used without transmitting your data. The decision to provide us with your personal data is entirely voluntary.
